The development comprised a Ground floor food store of 10,700 ft² (1,000 m²) retail pre-let to Marks & Spencer “Neighbourhood”, 36 private apartments and 12 affordable housing units for the St. Pancras & Humanist Housing Association.
The Group won a Camden Design Award for its regeneration of the heart of South End Green in Hampstead as part of its development of The Panoramic. The awards, organised by Camden Council, promote high quality design in the borough.

Birmingham, Halesowen
Previously owned and developed by the Group. Retail warehouse let to B&Q plc for 25 years. The Group developed B&Q warehouse on a former landfill site at Mucklow Hill, Halesowen.
The site comprised 12 acres of heavily contaminated land which was fully remediated with the building set on 23 metre piles.
The scheme was recognised at the time as one of the most pioneering developments for reclaiming contaminated land.
Colchester
Previously owned and developed by the Group. Mixed used brownfield regeneration on the site of a former derelict Quayside. The development provided a 100,000sqft warehouse pre-let to B&Q, 300+ student units sold to the university of Essex and 224 homes built in collaboration with Barratt Homes.
Southgate, North West London
Previously owned and developed by the group- This development was carried out in partnership with the London Borough of Enfield to redevelop the former town centre multi-storey car park at the edge of the principal retail thoroughfare.
